What's Included

Organising a Team Event

There's no need for your team to bring along any equipment, unless they choose to, as Striding Ahead LLP can supply the majority of equipment you will need.

It’s our experience that makes yours….!

We will provide you with all the information you need with regard to any questions or concerns you may have about the proposed event, leaving you to enjoy the day to its maximum!

Personalised Itinerary Booklet
- An PDF Information Booklet will be provided prior to the event which will include directions, maps, advice on equipment, weather conditions and other factors, plus a complete itinerary of your day. This PDF Information Booklet also display your company’s Logo!

Welcome Pack
- You will receive your own Welcome Pack, plus a complimentary gift as a keepsake to remember your day with Striding Ahead.

Food
- Breakfast, tea, coffee, snacks and water will be provided on the day.

Equipment
- Striding Ahead LLP has its own equipment pool which contains a selection of boots, waterproof coats and trousers. Equipment would be issued prior to the start of the walk.

Qualified Instructors
- All members of the Striding Ahead LLP team, full time, part time, freelance instructors or volunteers are experienced and have a passion for the outdoors.

Photo Memoir
- An electronic photo will be emailed to you after the event as a memoir. Also available is an optional purchase of a printed A4 photo (details will be provided on the day of your walk).

Fully Insured
- Striding Ahead LLP is fully insured with a public liability of £5,000,000 which includes ‘employer’s liability insurance’ for its employed freelance instructors and Activity Specialists / Technical Advisors.

Certificate
- A certificate of completion will be presented to you as a keepsake.

Service and Expertise.
- We only use suppliers that help us to provide our high levels of service and expertise.

Certificates and accreditations of the above are available on request.
