Based in Kendal - and operating predominantly in the Lake District National Park - Striding Ahead LLP offers a Corporate Adventure Programme that gives corporate groups the opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of city offices and breathe in the clean air of our beautiful British countryside on a professionally organised outdoor event, giving them the opportunity to consolidate existing and new relationships.
The Areas within which your events will take place have been selected by Striding Ahead LLP for their natural beauty, outstanding wildlife, challenging terrain and convenient location.

Our Team use their experience & Knowledge to help you choose the level of exercise most suited to your group's ability and fitness levels to ensure a wonderful day out.
To manage the group effectively and to meet the changing needs of the group and its individual members the following guide to client ratios will be used:
Starter Trails – 1:15
Intermediate Trails – 1:12
Challenger Trails – 1:6

About Striding Ahead LLP:
- Striding Ahead LLP operates predominantly in the Lake District and offers a Corporate Adventure service to suit its customers’ specific requirements. We offer three grades of walking adventure - ranging from straightforward to very challenging.
- All members of the Striding Ahead LLP team, full time, part time, freelance instructors or volunteers are experienced and have a passion for the outdoors.
- Striding Ahead LLP is a member of ROAM (Recognised Outdoor Activity Member).
Cumbria Tourism has created ROAM – a professional assessment scheme of outdoor activity providers. This is to help you (the end-user), to identify providers who are safe and offer the highest quality experiences.
- All persons employed by Striding Ahead LLP have a strong familiarity with the Lake District and are qualified with the relevant NGB qualifications as well as being fully qualified in First Aid.
- Striding Ahead LLP is a member of Cumbria Tourism.
- Striding Ahead LLP is fully insured with a public liability of £5,000,000 which includes ‘employer’s liability insurance’ for its employed freelance instructors and Activity Specialists / Technical Advisors.
- Striding Ahead LLP is also fully insured to carry up to eight clients in its vehicle(s).
